We offer UK Home Delivery service We complete most of our deliveries of stock items WITHIN 3-5 working days from placing of order.
Items that may not be included in the times quoted are large furniture or fragile items and bespoke wall art.
How Do We Deliver?
Small Parcels – Dedicated 1 x man courier service with notifications by text and email
We use our trusted courier delivery network to book in the delivery dates and give you an estimated delivery time, they then send a text before the day of delivery to confirm your item has been dispatched onto the delivery vehicle, on the day of delivery they will message ahead to advise you they are soon to be with you, which saves a lot of time taking the day off work or waiting in all day. Our standard delivery service is 1 man delivery to the door only, where a signature or photo would be required to confirm acceptance of goods, not including upstairs.
Large Items/Pallet Delivery – Dedicated 1 x man team will deliver through a UK pallet network. This will be delivered to your home at the nearest point or kerbside delivery, which ever is closest and safely possible.
All items will require a signature or photo and we would always advise that you have assistance when unloading any items. (pallets will not be taken away)

When can I expect my order?
We aim to deliver all of our stock items within 14 working days from placing of your order. (Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer.) Approximate times are emailed to you after your order has been taken. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time. Because we have so many suppliers it is difficult to give an exact delivery date. In most cases though delivery is usually made within our 14 working day policy.
How do you calculate your delivery times?
Every range has its own unique delivery time. Many items of furniture are manufactured to order and the delivery time reflects the time it takes us to deliver it to your home. By making and delivering your furniture to order we are able to offer you the broadest choice of furniture possible, allowing you to choose the item that is just right for you and which will give you pleasure for many years to come. If a fast delivery time is important to your purchasing decision we recommend that you contact us further to see if there is anything that we can do to get an item to you with a shorter delivery time.
What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer's defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately on 01753 571284 or email images and details on email@example.com
We will arrange for the goods to be replaced by us, alternatively we will arrange to have them returned and replaced by the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged through our Customer Service Department (we are unable to pay for returns which we have not authorised).
Does it fit?
It is vital to measure your access for furniture into your home, is the door wide enough or the hallway? Is there space to turn the furniture to reach into the desired room? If we can’t deliver to the requested room of your choice, we may have to leave it somewhere else that is convenient to your or take it away (lost delivery and restocking fees will apply). However, if our delivery team feel a possibility there may be damage to your property/product, or unsafe to deliver to access issues not pointed out to us, they have the right to refuse delivery (which will again incur fees), so we advise to measure and measure again.
We hope you will love your purchase, however, if you wish to cancel your order and obtain a refund in accordance with our terms and conditions , please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your purchase that you wish to cancel. Please provide us with your order number and name and we will arrange to collect the product. Once items have been received we will process a refund within 14 days. A standard charge of £10 minimum is applied for returns.
If you have made a purchase and then decide that you do not want the items(s). If it has been dispatched and left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order. If you still wish to cancel the order we would have to charge the initial delivery charge. We would also have to charge for collection/return of the items back to our warehouse. Once items have been received and checked we shall refund you minus and delivery charges incurred.
Where items are simply unwanted and you have notified us within 14 days, any money which you have paid minus the cost of collection will be refunded provided we receive the goods in the original condition and packaging they were in at the time of delivery. Although we try to check all our items prior to delivery, if upon taking delivery of your item, you notice that it is damaged or faulty, please report this to us as soon as possible and,within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to collect the faulty item at no charge to you and replace this as quickly as possible. In respect of faulty items, when making your notification, please also email us images/photos of the damage/fault. Please ensure that any faulty product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
